1. Fold a 12" x 18" sheet of
construction paper in half and crease.
2. With the fold at the top, measure down about 2" from
the top, and cut two slits about 3" long on each side.
3. Fold each slit piece down and in diagonally to form
the side of the collar. Glue the collar down.
4. Decorate the shirt and staple your story inside.
