TECHIE TIME with KID PIX 4
(Internet)...Demonstrate the
drawing tools as being universal
from one program to another for
the most part. Show stamp and
sticker sets.

Locate
paper copy of
LOUISIANA MAP
(pdf) in
pocket folder. Lay a piece of
transparency paper over the map
and with a Sharpie, trace around
the map to make a
“transparency.” Tape the
transparency on screen of
computer monitor, and use KID
PIX to draw the map, using the
wide line tool in Wacky Pencil.
Write “Louisiana” at the top of
the map. Stamp and label the
capital in Baton Rouge. Project
also requires your name,
stickers, and stamps as well as
a border. Save as LAMap in your
desktop folder.
